Bill co-founded Transect to help tackle key challenges in offshore wind development following 18 months of deep research and deal sourcing across the energy transition on behalf of a single-family office.

Prior to Transect, he spent 15 years delivering complex infrastructure and renewable energy projects across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.

Bill excels in leading operations, coordinating and creating structure in chaos, and driving successful execution in the most challenging environments. His leadership approach combines unyielding commitment, technical expertise, an inclusive and stakeholder-led approach, and continual learning.

Bill holds an M.S. in Renewable Energy Engineering from Brunel University London, a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California.
